Can I skip or cancel anytime?
Yes. You’re always in control. You can edit items, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. No contracts or commitments.
Will I get a reminder before my order processes?
Yes. You’ll receive an email and text reminder 2–3 days before your order is scheduled to process, so you have time to make changes.
What free items can I choose?
Free item options currently include:
- Ground Pork
- Fresh-Frozen Brats
Free item options may change throughout the year.
How long do I have to make changes?
You can make changes until the order cutoff deadline for your area. We’ll remind you before the deadline.
Can I place one-time orders?
Some items (such as canned meats, gift boxes, and gift cards) can be ordered separately. Most products must be part of a subscription.
How do I change my delivery frequency?
Log in to your account and go to Subscribe & Save. You can choose:
- Weekly
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
How do I skip an order or get it sooner?
Log in to your account and select Subscribe & Save. You can skip an upcoming order or choose a sooner delivery date.
How do I add or remove items?
Log in to your account and update your cart. Any changes will apply to your next scheduled order.
How do I sign up?
You can join Subscribe & Save during checkout. Choose your delivery frequency and free item before placing your order.
How do I change my address?
