How it works

• Place your pre-order and select your approximate pickup/delivery date at checkout.
• We will charge your card the deposit amount only.
• Once your pork share is ready, we will notify you and the remaining amount will be due at pickup/delivery.

Easy & Convenient

• Choose FREE home delivery or pickup at the farm. (Must be home for our delivery day, Wednesdays or Thursdays)
• No hidden or extra fees. The price above is the final invoice amount, except sales tax.
• All cuts of meat will be labeled and vacuum packaged for easy identification.

What's included: Depending on the cuts you select, you will get 60-70% of your hanging weight in consumable meat. A typical half Berkshire hog (approx. hanging weight: 110 lbs) will yield approximately:

• (2) Ham roasts (~3-4 lbs each) (smoked or fresh)
• (3-4) Ham steaks
• Fresh Pork Steaks or Smoked Butt
• (9-11) Smoked and sliced bacon
• (2) Choice of:
  • Bone-In Shoulder Roast
  • Boneless Shoulder Roast
  • Smoked Picnic Roast
  • 4 Cutlets (3-4 lbs each)
• Spare ribs
• (1) Loin roast (~3 lbs each)
• (8-12) Pork chops boneless (2 per package)
• Rib End Roast or Country Style Ribs

Sausage or Ground Pork Options:

• Pork Breakfast Sausage (Bulk or Links)
• Bratwurst (Links)
• Italian Sausage (Hot Links, Mild Links or Bulk, Ground)
• Unseasoned Pork (Bulk, Ground)

Additional Options:

• (1) Liver Sausage Roll
• Option to include Pork Hocks (fresh or smoked)
• Choice to include organs and bones
